Please add any additional comments here. Make sure you have filled out this form completely with the information you have about your event at this time. Menu selection and ALL final details ARE due No later than the 10th of the month prior to your event date. Final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. Should you need to reschedule we will move any fees paid for Gather on Maui's services, (outside vendors may have other cx policies) to your new date complimentary (1) time within an (18) month period. After the first courtesy postponement, in the event you reschedule the wedding/event again, a rescheduling fee of $100.00 will apply for each subsequent postponement thereafter. ALL of Gather on Maui's policies for cancellation timeline refunds will still stand.
