Our Duo Entree provides guests with a combination of two proteins for their plated entrée. Please select ONE option. Your guests will not select a menu option, you will be pre-selection ONE option for ALL your guests to enjoy. Chef will create an entree for your GF/Vegan/Vegetarian guests. There is no menu to select from. Advise type and number of any special meals needed.

The chef will adjust menus for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free dietary requests. Just note what the diet need is and how many guests for that special need and the chef takes care of all for the guests. There is NO Vegan/Vegetarian/GF menu to select from.

Menu details and estimated guest count MUST be finalized by the 10th of the month prior to your event date, including your wedding cake. Fees may apply for updates and changes after this date.

Final guest count is due 7 days prior to event.

Proteins will remain the same, preparations are subject to seasonal changes. Menu items and pricing are not able to be locked in from year to year.
