Ala Carte Ceremony Options:

2 Post Wood Arch   $525 and up        4 Post Arch with Canopy $575 and up

Small round table with white linen to ceremony site $25

Water Station Set up $25 and iced bottled water $3.00 based on consumption or you may request an iced canister. Cost for canister is based on your guest count and starts at $75 and up.

Live Ceremony Musician   starts at $225 per hour, based on availability

Ceremony Sound Tech Wedding knoll starts at $350 and $375 Fri/Sat/Sun  *highly recommend for all ceremonies over 30 guests  Molokini Ceremony site starts at $375 and $400 Fri/Sat/Sun
Includes one wireless microphone for minister and sound system for your own
pre recorded music, or your special musical request can be made with sound tech prior to your date.
Add in standing microphone for ceremony readings or musicians as needed: $50.  Tech fee may be higher based on tech avail.
Décor Set up: For parties who do not need full planning services, includes set up of all your décor items

Reception Music: Music is the sound track to your wedding. From all your moments of walking down the aisle to walking out as a married couple. Cocktail and dinner music, first dance moments, cake cutting all aspects for your special day. Music will set the tone! $500 non refundable fee to confirm a DJ/ $200 Musician. All music costs are based on your needs and the DJ/Sound Tech/Musician availability.

DJ’s (3 hour minimum) $250-450 / per hour based on availability
Live Reception Musician (2 hour minimum) $220/per hour
Reception Sound Technician Lower Lawn  starts at $600 and $650 Fri/Sat/Sun
Reception Sound Technician Upper Pond   starts at $535 and $575 Fri/Sat/Sun

Knoll Ceremony and Lower Lawn Reception Combo starts at $750 and $800 Fri/Sat/Sun
Knoll and Upper Pond starts at $525 and $575 Fri/Sat/Sun
Molokini Lookout ceremony and Lower Lawn starts at $800 and $875 Fri/Sat/Sun
Molokini and Upper Pond starts at $575 and $600 Fri/Sat/Sun

Includes one technician, dance lights for lower lawn location only, sound system, cocktail and dinner music. You may provide your own dance music with pre-recorded iPod, iPad, for the tech to play. Or if you wish, tech may supply all music for you and can take your prior arranged song requests.  Tech will manage the play list and volume for you all thru cocktail hour, dinner and into dancing for a worry free party. Use of your cell phone for your wedding ceremony or reception music is not permitted. The sound tech will not be able to use your phone for your ceremony or your dance music. The sound tech/is required to supply all the cocktail and dinner music, you may add in some of your own requests for this time frame, if the songs are within our guidelines.

Please note that there is limited internet access at Gather on Maui unless you use your own data plan for your wedding music, Pandora, Spotify, etc

Bose Sound System $300  (for your personal iPod, iPad or mp3 player, NO dancing) Upper Pond ONLY.  Bose is permitted on Lower Lawn only if you DO NOT wish to have any dancing. The Bose does not work well for dance music unless your group is 20 or less guests.
All music options must be approved by Gather or your wedding planner. You are NOT permitted to hire your own musician or bring in your own speaker system of any type.

Lower lawn dance floor is permanent and no cost.

Private Buyout dance floor rental and required if you have any dancing  $700-800 and up depending on your total guest count.

4.166% sales tax • 25% coordination fee will be added to ALL items you order directly with Gather.  Pricing may vary and is based on vendor cost.
